Went to Ah Shun for pig spare parts along Balestiar Road for lunch with colleagues today. We learnt a new word today -- pardon our ignorance. Pettitoes means pig trotters. This store is recommended. The soup is just right, not too saltish nor sour, and the braised big intestines are really a treat. The soup and spare parts come in $3 or $5 portions.
