Three of us (A, J and me) gave S a farewell treat at Borders Bistro. All of us had the very good Aglio Olio ($14.50) which came with bits of prawn topped with a tiger prawn. As usual, I drizzle lots of olive oil over the pasta. We also shared a pretty good fried calamari ($9.50). For dessert lovers, after 8pm, all desserts are at a discount price of $4.00.

I first met S when I was appointed as a liaision officer for the Singapore2006 IMF Meetings. I was from the stat board and S from the ministry. That was when I got to know this fun-loving, chatty and friendly person. As for the dinner, we had a lot of fun talking about matters and work and of course, people!

Is GB wearing the RSAF polo-T? A firm display of patriotism...
But more important, deserts are at a fixed offer of $4 after 8pm? Must try one of these days.
You are sharp, SGT Chua. That is indeed the RSAF polo tee. The desserts are good and value-for-money at $4 after 8pm. You must try the aglio olio, it is really good.
