What for?

Feeling a little down since the end of ICT (surprised?). Even Weiyang said on the Sunday after ICT ended, he woke up at 5am to check on his men. Personally, I missed having breakfast of either teochew porridge, prata or Mac with Weiyang at 7am every morning before booking in. So I decided to start a blog to keep this group of ICT friends connected somewhat, and also other groups of friends, for example, from NTUBS.

I enjoyed all my ICTS. Its a form of relaxation. A shift from mental stress to physical ones. But but but all enjoyment comes w a price, and mine is a pile of shit awaiting my return...sigh...

For this ICT, i enjoyed myself despite numerous recces. Reason that I could enjoy so much is cos I have a good PS, David, who has been running the whole show for me. Credit goes to him, and of cos not forgetting Soon Heng too. :)

Just hope next ICT would be better and more relaxing. :p

I think George also enjoyed the increased smoking times in-camp.

Kinda miss the past 3 weeks... Training is always the same old stuff, (sandbags, fire movement ROE, etc) but it's the people that makes the ICT interesting. All those silly, make no sense jokes and the funny things people do like washing boots outfield, WTF???

Now back to work is just me and the computer before me... Sianz....

Hi Eddie
Great to have your comment. Yah...next time ask Weiyang to tell you about the joke regarding the Echo CSM.

Echo CSM??? was he attached to Bravo?
Is it the 2nd ICT cause the 3rd and 4th ICT is the very same guy we have for this in-camp... So what have I missed out???

Come on, I need some laugh now...

Ok ok.

It was getting late and the sky is dimming. We realised that our picnic lanterns do not have any batteries so I went out to flag down a tonner that the Echo CSM was in. I told him my problem and he said "hold on, I've got the solution...", he then pushed a packet of WAN WAN Biscuits into my hands and told me to make do... I went back to camp and passed the WAN WAN to my men, asking them to make some light with it...

For your info, for this ICT, all picnic lanterns and batteries have been checked prior to deployment by Teo (my 2IC). Hope there have been no problems :)

WTF!!! When was it??? how does Wan Wan biscuit substitute batteries??? Is that fellow suffering from PHD (Permanent Head Damage) Yah, use the sugar coating on the biscuit to derive ethanol and then burn it to produce electricity... Wat a Genius, is his name Einstein!!! Which mental institute did he graduate from??? I like to enroll myself in man...

It's a good thing that our this in camp does not have any smart alex CSM... Only a clear minded and rational CQ, Well Done Ginn Bo, a future CSM under grooming... Next ICT shall see you move up to CSM and existing CSM shall be CSM Mentor...

What a laugh. When I heard the story from Weiyang, I could not believe my ears as well. Must have been especially hilarious for Weiyang at that point in time. 旺旺!!!
