My dad was the one who noticed the chinese name of this store. We were sitting in front of the prata shop but I did not notice the small chinese words. I had always enjoyed watching the cook make the prata, kneading the dough, flipping it and tossing it on the frying pan.
The spices used by the shop was displayed prominently in big, clear glass containers.

There was a quaint looking washing point in the food court. We used this to wash our hands before and after our meal.

Hey GB, where is this place? How's the prata, good?
Hi daniel134,
Thanks for visiting. This is at the Rebublic Food Court at Suntec City. I did not eat the prata as I was only having my afternoon tea there. But from the way the prate man flipped and fried the prata and murtabak, I think the prata will taste pretty good.
I've been there for lunch once... personally, I find it to be a "high class" food court. They do "waiters" and "waitress" but the job function is to clear away plates and trays like in normal foodcourt, only diff is that they wear really nice uniform. By doing so, the food is overcharged and quality ... so .. so only.
